Weekday Overtime rate: £18.25PH
Saturday Rate: £25.10PH
Sunday: £27.39PH

Key Responsibilities:
The successful agency worker will be part of the Industrial Team based at The College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise’s (CAFRE’s) Beef & Sheep Centre, Antrim.
The position will involve cattle and sheep husbandry duties.
Additional duties will include basic farm maintenance and operation of machinery associated with livestock, grassland management and crop husbandry.
An element of physical and financial enterprise recording of farm data will also be required.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- A minimum of a Level 2 Diploma in Agriculture.
- A full driving licence is required.
- Candidates should have at least one year’s experience of working with cattle and sheep.
- Reading and writing skills are essential to follow standard operating procedures and record basic enterprise data on provided recording sheets and systems.
Desirable but not essential:
A formal training and assessed competence certificate in the safe operation of the following machinery would be advantageous.
- Tractor Driving
- Rough Terrain Telescopic Handlers
- Counter Balance Forklift Trucks
- Sit astride All Terrain Vehicles (ATV)
A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
