CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a high-end residential building located in Kings Cross. The successful candidate will be a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. - Up to £40,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday + BH

- Lighting (small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Monitor the mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Cooling Towers
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2(Required)
- 17th/18th Edition (Required)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
