Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Construction Litigation practice of a leading international law firm in London.
\n \nWorking as part of a highly regarded construction disputes team, you'll advise developers, contractors, investors and major corporates on complex disputes arising from significant construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. The role offers exposure to high-value litigation, arbitration, adjudication and other forms of dispute resolution, with the opportunity to take a leading role on major domestic and cross-border matters.
\n \nRequirements
\n \n• 5–8 years' PQE gained at a leading UK or international law firm.
\n• Significant experience advising on contentious construction and engineering matters, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
\n• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
\n• Experience leading complex matters, managing junior lawyers and working directly with sophisticated clients.
\n• England & Wales qualified, or equivalent qualification with relevant UK construction disputes experience.
