Ipsen seeks a Global Medical Publications and Communications Manager for its Neuroscience portfolio. The role involves developing publication strategies, managing scientific communications across the product lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position is based in London or Paris.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement publication strategies and scientific communication plans for neuroscience products across product lifecycle
- Coordinate rolling 12-month strategic publication plans with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Manage preparation, review, approval, and submission of scientific publications to journals and congresses
- Oversee medical communications agencies and budgets for assigned projects
- Develop and maintain Scientific Communication Platforms for assigned products in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD, PhD) in scientific or medical field
- Demonstrated publications and medical communications management experience in pharmaceutical company or agency
- Publication planning and project management experience with Datavision proficiency
- Knowledge of Good Publication Practice (GPP) and ICMJE ethical standards
- Matrix team experience with strong organizational and commercial awareness skills
- Scientific medical writing experience in business environment
- Scientific Communication Platform development experience
