Our client is currently looking for a CSCS Cleaner with a valid IPAF licence to join a busy construction project in Newport .
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to work on a well-established site, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning duties across the construction site
- Keeping welfare facilities, offices, canteens and toilets clean and tidy
- Removing waste and maintaining housekeeping standards
- Cleaning work areas and communal spaces
- Operating IPAF equipment safely when required
- Supporting site management with additional cleaning tasks as needed
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid IPAF Licence
- Previous construction site cleaning experience preferred
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- £16.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday work
- 08:00 - 17:00 working hours
