A little about myself: I am a 10-year-old girl, I am currently on the pathway to a diagnosis of ASD/ADHD.I am going to school in Whitestone Primary. I have some social communication difficulties and can display challenging behaviours. I can be very self-directed, and I like to be in control. Driver required to take me out. Female support would be preferable. Hours of work 3 hours per week. To be discussed with the family. Rate of pay.

• Able to deal with difficult behaviours safely when they pop up
• Understand ASD/ADHA
• Able to support with feeding
• Have preview experience and knowledge of neurodivergent Desirable

• You were first aid trained
• You have previous experience I will need my PA to: Respect and understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Be dependable and arrive on time.
Be friendly with an easy-going manner.
Be adaptable and flexible.
Be supportive but not take over.
Have business insurance on your car to take me out.
Non-judgmental to neurodiverse needs. Concerning the position A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
