The Role - your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and checking completed work through internal systems


• Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders and required information


• Managing customer-specific invoicing requirements


• Working to deadlines to ensure work is processed accurately and on time


• Supporting colleagues across different areas of the business when required


• Delivering a high standard of customer service through email and telephone communication


• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in customer service and administration


• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks


• A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner


• Detail-focused with strong accuracy levels


• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook


• Eager to learn, develop and progress their career
