Teaching Assistant – Barnsley
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join schools across Barnsley , supporting pupils and teachers to create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with classroom activities and lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
- Encourage pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children is desirable.
- A patient, positive, and supportive approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
