Pay Rate

£15.55 per hour + 2 hours' additional pay for every completed shift

This works out to an equivalent rate of £17.35 per hour , regardless of the number of hours worked.

The Role

The role primarily involves bulk trunking between distribution hubs , making it ideal for drivers who prefer consistent work with minimal manual handling.

Duties

• Trunking between distribution hubs.
• Completing safe and timely deliveries.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Complying with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations.
• Completing all relevant paperwork accurately.
• Maintaining a professional and reliable approach at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 1 trunking or bulk experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Good understanding of Driver Hours and road transport regulations.
