* Deliver one-to-one key-working sessions, psychosocial interventions, harm reduction advice, and recovery-focused support.
* Facilitate structured group programmes and workshops covering topics such as relapse prevention, wellbeing, relationships, sleep management, and resilience.
* Promote service user involvement, peer support, community engagement, and access to mutual aid and recovery networks. Person Specification Qualifications * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health & Social Care, Substance Misuse, Counselling, or a related discipline, or willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.
* Training in motivational interviewing, psychosocial interventions, or recovery-focused practice is desirable. Experience * Experience supporting adults affected by drug and/or alcohol misuse within health, social care, community, housing, or criminal justice services.
* Experience managing complex caseloads and engaging hard-to-reach or vulnerable individuals. Requirements * DBS on the update service.
* Proven experience in substance misuse (drugs & alcohol).
* Strong caseload management and key-working skills.
