We have an extraordinary opportunity for a Travelling PA to support a dynamic principal based in India, who spends 50% of their time exploring global destinations such as the US, Dubai, London, and Europe. As a Travelling PA, you will become part of a tight-knit PA team supporting the principal where you’ll provide seamless support in both personal and professional capacities, from managing complex travel logistics and coordinating events to wardrobe management and personal shopping - no two days will be the same! The Travelling PA will be required to ensure the principal’s accommodation is prepared in advance, secure exclusive appointments and reservations, as well as manage tasks for their young family. Whether it’s organising meetings across time zones, liaising with global contacts, or handling last-minute changes, adaptability and precision will be key to success in this PA role.

With at least 2-3 years of experience in lifestyle and event management, you’ll bring your expertise in concierge services, event planning, and wardrobe management to the forefront of this role.
Flexibility is crucial, as international travel at short notice and being on call 24/7 is essential. When not travelling, the PA will be based in London, with 2 days in the office and the rest of the time working remotely.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and discreet, with a proven track record as a Private PA, preferably within lifestyle and event management.
This role offers a competitive salary, discretionary bonus (plus travel expenses).
