Litigator / Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Walsall

Location: Walsall

Salary: Competitive (DOE and Interview Performance)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE/experience in litigation to join a well-established and high-performing team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities as a Litigation Solicitor:

Handling a varied caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion
Monitoring and meeting all court and client deadlines
Drafting legal proceedings, pleadings, and court documentation
Strong experience in some or all the following areas: Breach of contract disputes, Tort claims, Boundary disputes, Commercial property litigation and Residential property litigation
