We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding. You could be: Supporting a pupil 1:1 to help them thrive in the classroomWorking within the school's specialist provision alongside experienced staffLeading small group interventions to build confidence and independenceCelebrating every achievement, big or small (because they all matter) What you'll be doing Every day brings something different, but your role will always centre around helping children feel safe, supported and ready to learn. You'll work closely with teachers, SEND professionals and families to create positive learning experiences that help every child reach their potential. There'll be challenges, of course.
