Salaried GP with view to Partnership

Please read on to discover more about an excellent practice in East Sussex area seeking to bring in a Salaried GP with an optional clear view to Partnership. The current Partnership are ideally seeking 5 to 6 sessions a week with some flexibility on days, but Friday being essential . The position is at a small and well organised practice with a list size of circa 7,000 managed by an existing team of a 4 GP's. The GP's are supported by an excellent clinical support team including Paramedics, Practice Nurse, HCA's and Phlebotomists. There is a very well managed workload on offer and the GPs benefit from 15 minute appointments. The incoming GP will ideally be seeking to progress into a Partnership role. There is also ample support on offer to develop interest areas. The surgery is involved in teaching medical students and there would be scope for an incoming trainer to help the practice achieve training practice status. Key Duties :

• Seeking a Salaried GP
• Option for Partnership
• 5 to 6 Sessions a week
• Patient list size of circa 7,000
• Stable team of existing Partners and GPs
• Clinical Support staff including Paramedic, Nurses, HCA's, Phlebotomists
• Clerical support from excellent admin team
• Emis Web
• Low home visits
• Well managed workload with 15 minute consultations
• No extended hours

Package and Benefits:

• Up to £13,000 per session per annum
