Assistant Property/Lettings Negotiator – Preston£26,000 – £28,000 DOE | Full Time
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Property/Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and growing residential property business, with opportunities available
This is a busy, varied role that would suit someone who is organised, personable and enjoys working with people as much as property.
The Role:
- Dealing with tenants enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Conducting property viewings and assisting with new applications
- Supporting move-ins, check-outs and tenancy administration
- Carrying out property inspections
- Reporting and following up maintenance issues
- Liaising with contractors
- Keeping property and tenancy records up to date
About You:
- Friendly, confident and naturally good with people
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good IT and administration skills
- Proactive and happy to take ownership of tasks
- Has Driving Licence
- Previous experience within property management or lettings would be an advantage
