Electrician

Location: East Midlands (Castle Donington / Derby area)
Pay: £25.50/hr (Standard) | £28.05/hr (Overtime)
Contract Length: Approx. 6 weeks
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 60 hours per week

Position Overview
A leading distribution centre in the East Midlands requires an experienced Electrician for a short-term contract. You will be responsible for installation and maintenance of lighting, conveyor systems, and electrical containment within a modern, high-activity setting.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical lighting, conveyor, and containment systems

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance

Collaborate with the site team to ensure safe, efficient operation

Requirements
Previous experience as an industrial or warehouse electrician (preferably in distribution/logistics)

Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Able to commit to 60 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, for approx. 6 weeks
