If you are an energetic leader with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for people, this is your moment. John Clark Motor Group is looking for a dynamic Aftersales Manager to head up our service and parts operations for two of the most exciting brands in the industry today: BYD and MG.

This isn't just about managing a workshop; it’s about shaping the customer experience as the industry shifts toward electric and hybrid technology. You will inspire your team to deliver world-class service, maximize workshop efficiency, and drive profitability in line with our growth objectives.

What you’ll be doing as Aftersales Manager:

• Coach, mentor, and successfully manage your Aftersales team to cultivate a high-performing, positive workshop culture.
• Keep our customer satisfaction metrics soaring by ensuring every visitor is treated with absolute professionalism, adhering to both manufacturer standards and JCMG procedures.
• Take ownership of monthly KPIs, budgets, and workshop profit margins, maximizing opportunities without ever compromising on quality.
• Become a true product expert, staying well-versed in the cutting-edge features of our vehicles to lead your team confidently.
• Maintain a flawless standard of compliance and safety across all vehicle repairs.

The Skills & Experience you’ll bring:

• Experience in a managerial role within the motor trade (service department experience is highly preferred).
• You are naturally confident, articulate, and self-motivated, with the ability to connect with customers and team members at all levels.
• Face-to-face customer service experience is essential; you know what first-class care looks like and how to deliver it.
