Responsibilities

• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company policies and procedures.
• Carry out the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical production equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
• Provide technical support across all departments.
• Ensure site infrastructure is maintained to a high standard.
• Implement solutions to improve machine reliability, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Utilise CMMS systems to support maintenance activities and drive cost improvements.
• Comply with food safety, quality, legal, and environmental requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Time-served Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer.
• A minimum of 2 years' recent experience within an industrial engineering or high-volume production environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrable experience in fault finding and working with control panels.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to self-motivate with a proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
