Whether you are recently or nearly chartered (IStructE, ICE, or equivalent), we're here to support your journey. At AtkinsRéalis, you'll be supported by experienced mentors while expanding your portfolio through high-impact and meaningful projects.

We are growing our team in Epsom and are looking for Civil and Structural Engineers to contribute to major new nuclear build programmes, including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, Small Modular Reactor (SMR) initiatives, and future fusion technologies. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes while building strong relationships and continuing to develop your expertise.

Your role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Apply your experience in civil and structural design and analysis, including steelwork and/or reinforced concrete.
• Contribute to projects across a range of environments, including design consultancy, project engineering, or research and development.
• Undertake and review the design of new building structures, supporting safe and effective engineering solutions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across AtkinsRéalis and client environments.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering solutions aligned to time, cost, and quality.
• Develop both your technical and project delivery capabilities through exposure to complex and impactful work.
• Work flexibly across office and client locations (minimum 3 days per week), gaining valuable experience across diverse programmes.

Security clearance

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
