Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and revenue targets in assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with sports medicine customers
- Manage established accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Provide product knowledge and support to doctors, nurses, and clinical staff
- Execute strategic initiatives to achieve long-term territorial success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or business field, or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of medical device sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and proven sales strategies
- Full UK driver's license
- Comfort working in theatre and surgical environments
- Team player with ownership mindset
Compensation: £33,400 - £50,000 GBP annual base, plus bonus and commission eligibility
