Role Overview – ECT Teacher, North London
As an ECT Teacher, you will join a secondary school where you can further develop your teaching practice, gain valuable classroom experience, and build confidence within your subject specialism. Opportunities are available across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and MFL.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Support student progress across KS3 and KS4 (with potential KS5 opportunities)
• Collaborate with experienced teachers and mentors
• Contribute to a positive and well-managed learning environment
• Fully engage with the ECT induction programme
Person Specification
• QTS (or working towards QTS)
• Specialism in a secondary subject area
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
