Conveyancing Paralegal

Kidd Rapinet LLP, High Wycombe, is seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic residential and commercial conveyancing team and support fee earners in handling a variety of property transactions.

Role Overview

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist fee earners with all aspects of property work, including preparing documentation, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth progression of transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to fee earners in conveyancing matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress transactions.
• Assist with post-completion tasks and Land Registry applications.

What We Are Looking For

• Suitable for a university graduate (not essential). Full training will be provided.
• Previous conveyancing experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
