SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Bath Contract: Full-time | Long-term | Temp to Perm opportunities available Start Date: ASAP Make every school day count. We're looking for a caring, confident SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school and support pupils with additional needs. If you've spent at least two years working in education and love helping children build confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, both 1:1 and in small groups.Helping children stay engaged, motivated and ready to learn.Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to provide the best possible support.Creating a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment.Encouraging pupils to celebrate every achievement, big or small. What we're looking for A minimum of two years' experience working within an educational setting.Experience supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs.A patient, adaptable and positive approach.Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential.
