Whipps Cross University Hospital is situated on the outskirts of Leytonstone in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, serving a local population of over 350,000 from Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Epping Forest and East London. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to participate in the clinical work in the department providing high standards of care for in patients and outpatients. The Trust Registrar Doctor will be working as part of a team with a Consultants Registrars SHOs and along side the nursing staff and other allied health care providers. Duties involve outpatient ,inpatient, theatre ,on call on a 1:7 rota and other general ENT Registrar duties. There is an expectation that the Registrars are involved in teaching of juniors take part in the audit and research of the department. At least 3 years of ENT experience is essential and passing the MRCS would be a desirable criteria.
