Location: 24hr Control Centre for Out of Hours Emergencies, Hamilton Business Unit, Pollock Avenue, Hamilton
Hours: Zero Hours / Sessional
Hourly Rate: £16.07 per hour

We are looking for flexible and reliable Sessional Call Handling Assistant to support our busy customer service team during peak periods. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments. 

You will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.

This role is ideal for:

• College and University students looking for work during term breaks, holidays, or flexible hours around studies
• Individuals seeking flexible casual work

We particularly welcome applications from students who can provide additional cover during peak seasons, holidays, and high-demand periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone for the Out of Hours Emergency Service
• Providing accurate information and resolving issues
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
• Supporting team targets during busy periods

• Ability to work flexibly at short notice
• Good basic IT skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Previous contact centre experience is helpful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
