We are recruiting for an ambitious PA to the Head for an Outstanding academy in Summertown. This Full-Time, Permanent role starts ASAP. We are looking for an individual with an inspirational approach to administration, helping the Head to navigate complex operational demands within a nurturing yet academically rigorous environment.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head and Senior Leadership Team
Organize and clerk high-level meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and follow-up actions
Draft professional communications to the school community and external agencies
Lead on the organization of staff recruitment processes and onboarding documentation
Foster a desire for excellence through efficient and welcoming office management
Qualifications and Experience
Significant experience in senior administration or secretarial roles
High standards of professional presentation and communication
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy under pressure
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £31,500 – £38,500
