Your Role in Their Journey Create a nurturing environment for children facing mental health struggles, emotional trauma, or neurodivergent challenges. Put PACE model principles into action every shift to help children feel safe enough to open up and heal. Maintain clear handovers on "Clear Care" and manage your shift choices seamlessly on the Randstad Scheduler app. What You Need to Apply Minimum 1 year of UK care experience working with children or young people. (Care workers with a UK background in adult complex behaviour are welcomed if skilled in trauma-informed care). A full UK driving license and reliable car. Existing Right to Work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship). The ability to stay calm, patient, and compassionate when things get tough. The Rewards £16.00 - £20.00/hr, paid weekly.
