Agilent seeks an experienced Writing Manager to lead their internal marketing writing team, overseeing content strategy, team performance, and implementation of AI tools. The role focuses on customer-centric content creation, brand reputation, and cross-functional collaboration across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead team of writers, editors, and terminologists; manage writing strategy and content delivery
- Drive customer-centric content marketing and brand messaging implementation across enterprise workflows
- Partner with SEO/AEO/GEO experts and assess AI opportunities to enhance content development
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders across worldwide teams and manage M&A marketing rebranding activities
- Oversee hiring, performance evaluation, training needs identification, and regulatory compliance support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 8+ years marketing experience with 1+ years formal or informal leadership
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills in functional strategy implementation
- Knowledge of AI tools and best practices for content generation
- Awareness of SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization best practices
- Strong stakeholder partnership and vendor relationship management abilities
- Outstanding written and oral English communication skills
