A well-respected independent 11–18 school in Gloucester is seeking an inspiring Music Teacher to join their Performing Arts Department from January 2026. About the Role
This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to teach Music across KS3–KS5, nurturing talent in both classroom and performance settings. The role includes directing ensembles or choirs, leading concerts, and supporting students with GCSE and A-Level coursework. The department’s culture is collaborative and creative, welcoming fresh ideas and innovation from new teachers.
Teachers are encouraged to integrate performance, composition, and music technology into their lessons, providing students with a diverse and modern learning experience. You will also have opportunities to contribute to community events and inter-school competitions.

Experience and Qualifications
• QTS/PGCE and degree in Music or related subject
