Stage Governante in hotel di lusso a Barcellona
Il dipartimento di pulizia dell'hotel occupa un ruolo di primo piano nella vita dell'hotel (oltre 450 camere e suite). Il suo ruolo è di mantenere gli standard dell'hotel con l'innovazione, l'immagine e la costante evoluzione del marchio (vetrine, nuovi design, campagne stagionali ...) in modo che l'hotel rimanga il più trendy della città e sorprende costantemente i suoi clienti.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ispezionare le camere per mantenere gli standard dell'hotel
- Controllo dell'inventario
- Comunicazione e coordinamento con il Dipartimento delle pulizie
- Reporter e risolvere possibili problemi nelle stanze
- Supervisiona l'inizio e la fine dei tour (mattina / giorno / pomeriggio)
- Gestisci il team di servizio in camera nelle loro missioni quotidiane
- Supervisionare tutte le aree pubbliche dell'hotel
