About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our friendly and supportive team as a Customer Service Advisor.
You’ll be part of our customer service team, speaking with customers on the phone and over email, helping with their queries and making sure they have a great experience with us.
You will be
- First point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Helping resolve queries or making changes in a friendly and professional way
- Building good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Working as part of a team that supports each other
What we’re looking for
- Good communication skills (both on the phone and in writing)
- Strong customer service skills
- Someone who enjoys working with people
- A team player who can build positive relationships
You don’t need insurance experience – as long as you’re willing to learn, we’ll support you with full training.
