What you'll do as a Project Manager You'll be entrusted to:
- Lead and coordinate the review, development, approval and implementation of the site-wide Fire Strategy Programme
- Manage complex fire safety projects and associated remedial works, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time and within budget
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including the Trust, Project Co, consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies
- Identify and manage programme risks, developing effective mitigation plans to protect people, property and operational services
- Support procurement activities, oversee contractor performance and ensure value for money across programme delivery
- Maintain robust governance, reporting and compliance processes, providing regular updates to senior leaders and key decision-makers
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement and best practice in fire safety management and estate resilience
- A degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building Surveying, Fire Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement within complex environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organisations
- Experience managing contractors, consultants and multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
