The Division B Senior Leadership Team is looking to appoint a self-motivated individual to join the team as the Divisional Support Officer to cover a 9 month Secondment.
You will have the ability to provide Personal Assistant support to members of our Divisional Senior Management Team. You will also have the ability to provide support to the Divisional Support Manager as well as our wider Senior Leadership Team within the Division.
If you enjoy working in a friendly fast paced office environment and have previous experience in providing senior administration support including very high levels of professionalism, exceptional attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality, as well as being able to effectively prioritise numerous tasks and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines, then this role could be for you.

Main duties of the job
To manage a highly professional, comprehensive, effective Senior Divisional level Personal Assistant service to members of the Divisional Senior Management Team, and provide support to all service users including patients, relatives, colleagues and Trust staff.
Attributes of the successful candidate will include very high levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, calmness under pressure and a friendly approachable style. The candidate will be highly literate, with exceptional attention to detail, and will be able to effectively prioritise numerous tasks and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.

For secondments you must have the approval of your line manager before applying. Customer Service / Business Admin / ITQ or equivalent professional experience
