Description:
Part-time or Full-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a MODERN, NEWLY REFURBISHED, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE in Dursley.
• £13-£15 per UDA - dependent on experience and skillset
• NO UDA TARGET OR CLAWBACK
• 50% split on private income
• Practicing Principal on-site for additional support and mentoring (if needed)
• Principal has owned the practice for 13 years - Excellent Local Reputation!
• NEWLY REFURBISHED SURGERIES
• 4 surgery practice
• Intra-oral scanner
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary Endo
• The practice works with a high-quality dental lab
• Large waiting list of patients
• Walking distance to free parking
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
