Luxury Retail Travel Consultant Essex / East London £28k-£33k + comm
£28k - £33k per annumWe are on the hunt for an experienced Luxury Retail Travel Consultant to join a highly successful bespoke travel company due to success and expansion the East London/Essex area. This travel company offers a wide range of holiday types across the globe to travellers from luxury tailormade travel to adventure packages. This role is ideal for an existing travel consultant from a tour operator or travel agency seeking career development, luxury FAM Trips across the globe and the opportunity to earn very generous commission.
Luxury Retail Travel Consultant Duties:
- Crafting inspiring itineraries across the globe to travellers including Europe, USA, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Africa, South America, Asia Australia, New Zealand plus many more destinations.
- Arranging a wide range of holiday types, travel extras including tours, airport lounges, car hire, insurance etc.
- Travel types for clients include multi centre, adult packages, cruises, honeymoons, luxury trips, city breaks, adventure, family vacations, tailormade holidays and all-inclusive packages, plus many more.
- Participating in luxury FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
- Account managing clients from start to finish including dealing with client documents and checking tickets
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Converting incoming enquiries to a sale.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have sales experience within the travel industry either from a travel agency or tour operator.
- Able to build a rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, travel perks, bonus, sociable working hours and a pension are on offer along with career progression and many other benefits.
