Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sophisticated cash flow models for ABS and securitisation transactions, ensuring accuracy and robustness for institutional client requirements.

• Develop comprehensive financial models that accurately capture deal dynamics, waterfall mechanics, and risk distributions across different tranches.

• Structure innovative securitisation transactions across various asset classes.

• Work on structuring features to optimise deal terms and mechanics.

• Collaborate with legal teams to understand and implement structural features, ensuring models reflect actual transaction documentation and legal frameworks.

• Support the transaction origination process by conducting preliminary structuring analysis and feasibility assessments.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our modeling standards and structuring methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in ABS/securitisation structuring, structured finance, or related analytical roles within investment banking, rating agencies, or asset management.

• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and cash flow modeling techniques.

• Solid understanding of securitisation mechanics, including waterfall structures, credit enhancement features, and tranche dynamics.

• Knowledge of legal documentation and how structural features translate into financial model assumptions.

• Experience with various asset classes such as consumer loans, auto loans, mortgages, or other receivables.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting securitisation markets.

• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and blockchain technology applications in structured finance.
