Corporate Tax Assistant Manager - Leicester
Clark Wood have been instructed on a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager opportunity in Leicester, which offers the chance to focus on interesting advisory work for a mixed portfolio of tax clients.
This role would ideally suit a Corporate focussed CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA Qualified Senior or Manager from a small firm, looking to work for a large regional/ national practice; someone who has experience managing or supervising staff overseeing a portfolio of complex corporate tax clients.
The main client base for this role would be Owner Managed Businesses, Small to Medium Enterprises and the Directors, Partners, and some Private Clients.
The ideal candidate must have good technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of UK tax issues such as restructures & demergers.
The team deals with a broad range of tax issues, including reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning and succession planning.
Provide high level advisory & planning services with a great deal of autonomy.
The local Leicester office is commutable from areas such as: Nottingham, Loughborough, Derby, Ashby, Rugby, Coventry, Nuneaton, Hinckley etc.
ATT, CTA, ACCA or ACCA Qualified
Good Advisory exposure, especially in restructures & demergers
