What You’ll Be Doing • Be the go-to HR professional for managers across multiple schools
• Provide practical advice on employee relations – absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and more
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, including Single Central Records
• Partner with leaders on change projects (TUPE, restructures, organisational change)
• Deliver insights through HR data and help drive better decision-making
