Behaviour Manager | Catholic Secondary School in Manchester

The Role
Working as part of an experienced pastoral team, you'll support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 while helping to maintain the school's calm and purposeful learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading behaviour interventions for students requiring additional support
Working alongside Heads of Year, safeguarding, and SEND teams
Supporting restorative practice and reintegration meetings
Monitoring behaviour, attendance, and punctuality
Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies
Maintaining accurate behaviour records and reports

The Successful Candidate
Applications are welcomed from experienced Behaviour Managers, Behaviour Mentors, Pastoral Managers, Inclusion Officers, Student Support Officers, or professionals with relevant secondary school experience.
You'll be a confident communicator who can build positive relationships, manage challenging situations effectively, and encourage students to make lasting improvements.
