Delighted to be working with this FTSE business in recruiting an experienced Payroll & Systems Manager. The role has responsibility for the EMEA payroll operations alongside payroll systems and projects including project managing the centralisation of all European payrolls to the UK. Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home working This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EMEA payroll professional who combines strong technical payroll expertise with payroll systems and project management experience. Key Skills & Experience * Strong end-to-end payroll experience
* Experience managing EMEA / international payrolls
* Payroll systems implementation and optimisation
* Experience managing payroll systems projects and implementations
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
* Experience working with external payroll providers
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
