Property Services are seeking to recruit a Senior Climate Change Officer (Electrical) to join their team. The postholder will take technical responsibility for the design, development and delivery of electrical engineering, energy efficiency, renewables and climate‑change related capital projects. The successful postholder will be a highly motivate individual, with a determination to succeed.

The postholder will take technical responsibility for the design, development and delivery of electrical engineering, energy efficiency, renewables and climate‑change related capital projects, working through all RIBA stages from briefing, feasibility and concept design to technical design, procurement, contract administration and project handover. The role ensures the effective management of statutory electrical compliance programmes; delivery of high‑quality design solutions; robust project governance; and strong collaboration with architects, mechanical engineers, external consultants, contractors and client services. There will be a mix of office based and site based working.
A PVG for both children and adults will be required for this post.
