Your key responsibilities as the International Tax Manager
As a Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovation by collaborating with clients on projects that align with economic, business, and technical realities to support their growth. You will mentor and train junior staff, fostering a learning culture that helps them reach their full potential. Your expertise will contribute to creating value for both clients and the firm through business insights and innovation. Additionally, you will build and manage client relationships to identify new business opportunities with innovative companies. Embracing digital transformation, you will stay ahead of technological advancements and integrate them into daily operations. Lastly, you will uphold and promote risk management and compliance procedures, setting a strong example within the firm.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced International Tax Consultant with at least five years of practice or industry experience. The ideal candidate will be AITI/CTA qualified (or qualified by experience) with a strong academic background. They should possess excellent business acumen, using market insights to support clients in making innovative decisions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to build and manage diverse relationships.
