An established and highly respected Cornwall law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join its successful team in Liskeard .

The Role

Manage your own varied Private Client caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Trusts and succession planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Court of Protection matters (desirable, not essential)

You'll enjoy building long-term client relationships while delivering practical, high-quality legal advice.

About You

You'll be:

• A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Fee Earner
• Ideally have 4+ years' Private Client experience
• Confident handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration
• STEP or SFE qualified (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
