What You'll Be Doing

As Site Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the upkeep and day-to-day operation of the school's buildings and grounds.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Opening and securing the school site each day

• Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs

• Coordinating contractors and monitoring maintenance projects

• Managing planned preventative maintenance schedules

• Completing health and safety, fire safety and compliance checks

• Maintaining the school's grounds and outdoor spaces

• Preparing classrooms and communal areas for school events

• Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and well presented throughout the year
