What You’ll Do as Payroll Advisor
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
- Manage assigned stores/areas, including input creation, data loading, and maintaining payroll trackers and calendars with minimal supervision.
- Perform first and second audit checks on payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance while compiling required audit information.
- Support training and act as a buddy to payroll associates, offering guidance and assisting team members as needed.
- Complete payroll checklists and handle administrative tasks, including post-payroll activities and query management.
- Collaborate with payroll advisors, specialists, and key stakeholders, including attending meetings, supporting calls, and taking minutes.
- Work flexibly to meet deadlines while gradually taking on additional team responsibilities and supporting overall payroll operations.

What You’ll Bring

- Up to 2 years’ payroll experience (international or UK/NI) with a CIPP qualification or equivalent.
- Strong alignment with company values, demonstrating integrity, transparency, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Good customer service skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and escalate when needed.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate Excel/MS Office skills with a focus on delivering high-quality work and performance standards.
- Proactive and motivated, with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
