Bar Manager – Guildford & Winchester Events (20th–23rd)

Mint People are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Bar Managers to lead bar teams at exciting events in Guildford and Winchester .

This is a 3 or 4-day opportunity , depending on the location, with some roles including event build and break . Accommodation is provided for the duration of the event.

Your Role

As a Bar Manager , you will:

Lead and support the bar team, ensuring fast, efficient, and high-quality service.
✨ Maintain clean, organised, and safe bar areas throughout the event.
Oversee cash handling, till operations, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and keep bars fully operational.
Motivate and supervise your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for confident Bar Managers with previous experience leading busy bar teams. You’ll be organised, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced event environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Dates: 20th–23rd

Locations: Guildford & Winchester
