Key Responsibilities * Managing the day-to-day running of the workshop. * Allocating work efficiently to technicians based on skill level and workshop demands. * Monitoring workshop productivity and ensuring deadlines are met. * Supporting, coaching and motivating the workshop team. * Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and manufacturer compliance. * Liaising with the Service Department to ensure customers are kept informed of repair progress. * Assisting with technical queries and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard. The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or Senior Technician within the motor trade. * Strong leadership and organisational skills. * Excellent technical knowledge with strong diagnostic understanding. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive and customer-focused approach. * Full UK driving licence.
