looking for a Senior Production Manager to help deliver bold,
culture-shaping live events and brand experiences for some of the
world's biggest names (think big tech, sports, retail).
This is a chance to lead on headline-making projects (predominantly B2C with some B2B) across the UK and internationally. You will be one of the most senior contacts between internal teams and suppliers/partners e.g. technical, fabrication, operations and logistics,. You will be one of the live teams senior production and technical figureheads.
They are a creative-led agency with a genuinely great culture. There's no hierarchy here - everyone has a voice, and good ideas win. You'll be trusted, supported and encouraged to bring original thinking to the table, while also developing and mentoring emerging talent within the team. Learning, growth and collaboration are built into how this agency works and you will have the opportunity to work across a real variety of projects/clients. The must have for this role is agency experience as a production manager. You will be a capable influencer of all production elements and experience of managing production and technical budgets of £1M+
