This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction in insolvency and restructuring matters.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Insolvency and Restructuring team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior members.Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice.Provide expert advice and representation to clients on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring matters.Handle complex and high-value cases with proficiency and diligence.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base.Criteria:Minimum of 10 years PQE in insolvency and restructuring law.Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.Extensive experience handling diverse and complex insolvency and restructuring cases.Strong business development skills with the ability to attract and retain clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Hybrid Agile Working Policy:The firm offers a flexible and supportive working environment, with the option for remote work for a significant portion of your time.
