Your Role
* Supporting children aged 3 months-4 years with hands‑on, engaging learning
* Bringing creativity and energy to activities, routines and play
* Building strong, trusting relationships with families
* Contributing to a positive, forward‑thinking team culture
* Tracking children's progress and celebrating their achievements
You'll Need
* Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience in a nursery or early years role
* A proactive, enthusiastic, child‑centred approach
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
